BCNY understands that a child is not an isolated individual, but part
of a larger family and community structure. Thus, BCNY works to engage
all concerned parties—parents, schools, alumni and other community
leaders—to meet the needs of the young people we serve. The
adult's efforts help ensure that each child receives the necessary
support to help with their growth and development.
