It takes a village to raise a child. And it takes a corps of dedicated volunteers, working in tandem with our staff, to provide the very best programs and support for our boys. Without the commitment of the men and women who share their time and talent in a variety of roles, our programs would not run as well, if at all. Volunteers have helped our young members grow – and have gotten the satisfaction of dedicated and meaningful service – in a variety of ways. Here are some of the many opportunities to help:
Are you bilingual? Your skills could be very useful in our Homework Help program, supporting members for whom English is a second language.
Can you coach or referee a sport? Our young athletes would love your guidance.
Do you have a passion for the arts, theater, music, dance or writing? Our budding artists are ready to learn.
Are you technologically fluent? Come show our boys how to edit digital stills and video.
Volunteering for as little as one or two hours a week can make a huge difference in the lives of our members. It can also provide you with opportunities to build your resume and find out more about yourself, all while giving back to the community.
