Our Junior members, ages 10-12, competed for the title of Culinary King in this tri-clubhouse battle chef style cooking competition! After learning basic cooking techniques, food safety practices, knife skills, our members showcased their skills by preparing a well-balanced meal during this heated event.
Gerry Clubhouse won, taking home the trophy with their Quesadilla Supreme entree. Our judges struggled to choose as every team made a fabulous dish! Abbe Clubhouse made Pineapple Fried Rice with Sautéed Chicken & Shrimp Skewers and Cucumber Salad with Peanut Dipping Sauce. Harriman Clubhouse made Infused Quinoa with Chicken. It was ALL delicious!
