Annual Thanksgiving Drive

This Thanksgiving, we are supporting BCNY again to help provide Thanksgiving meals for over 2,000 families.

And you can help them step up to support their neighbors.

Many New Yorkers were already experiencing food insecurity before COVID-19, and as the virus has impacted our lives, over 20% of our friends and neighbors have experienced unemployment. A report from City Harvest states that food insecurity is projected to increase by at least 38% this year. This means 1.5 million people will struggle to put food on the table this holiday season.

Last year BCNY members, with the help of community volunteers and generous supporters like you, provided more than 2,000 families with food to make a Thanksgiving dinner at home, doubling our impact from the year before. But with our communities experiencing even greater need, the 6th Annual Thanksgiving Drive is stepping up to feed even more families throughout New York City.

This year we want to provide over 2,000 NYC families with a Thanksgiving meal.

Distribution for the 6th Annual Thanksgiving Drive will take place on Saturday, November 20th. Your donation not only helps us provide families across New York City with a full Thanksgiving dinner, but it empowers our members to be leaders in their community during this difficult time.

BCNY members make a difference. Thank you for helping them fight food insecurity this Thanksgiving.
